Build Elite Teams : Source, recruit, and hire aerospace professionals for critical technical roles across A&P, composites, structures, avionics, and aircraft mechanics.Design Inclusive Recruiting Strategies : Develop and implement recruiting approaches that attract a diverse talent pool, leveraging networks beyond traditional job boards.Tap into Military Talent Pipelines : Interface regularly with military Transition Assistance and Separations POCs to maximize visibility within the veteran community. Review DD214s, training certificates, and references to identify top talent.Ensure Compliance : Recruit talent familiar with AS9100 standards, MRO environments, and FAA / DOT Drug & Alcohol Program requirements.Drive the Process : Manage full-cycle recruitingfrom resume submission through screening, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.Negotiate with Confidence : Clearly communicate labor rates, compensation packages, per diem, PTO, and benefits to candidates and clients.Build Long-Term Relationships : Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates and clients to understand evolving needs and opportunities.Drive Results with Data & Tech : Stay current on the most effective sourcing toolsdatabases, availability lists, internet searches, professional organizations, and more.What Makes You a Fit :
Proven recruiting experience in aerospace, aviation, or technical staffing (2+ years preferred).Expertise in recruiting for roles under AS9100 and FAA compliance standards.Experience creating diverse recruiting strategies and building talent networks beyond traditional methods.Familiarity with MRO hiring environments and FAA / DOT Drug & Alcohol program requirements.Strong track record sourcing and hiring transitioning veterans and leveraging military talent pipelines.Proficiency in ATS and VMS systems; strong organizational and communication skills.Customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.Local to Charleston, SC - open to relocating - or experienced enough to thrive remotely.Why Join ?nin Aerospace?
