LHH has a client who needs an Onsite – Commercial Title Underwriter / Title Officer on a contract opportunity!

Job Title : Commercial Title Officer
Location : Irvine, CA 92612 (Onsite)
Pay Range : $34 - $36 / hour
Duration of assignment : 1.5 to 2 Months (with high possibility of continued extensions until conversion)
Job Description
Underwrites, researches and writes Title Policies, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations. See Escrow and Title Commercial Job Matrix
Ability to handle pro formas, knowledge of endorsements, ability to read a survey.
