Salary : $40.00 - $55.00 / Hour

Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking an experienced Foreman (Non-union) to perform direct supervision of our concrete team in Boise, ID. We are looking for a Foreman with experience in the following :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordination of layout and execution of individual work on the project site.
• Ensures all craft work conforms to contract requirements.
• Translates general work requirements and prioritizes crews, materials, and equipment.
• Organizes and maintains work crews to maximize production and efficiencies.
• Identifies, verifies, and reports any scheduling conflicts with contractors.
• Prepares daily time sheets for all supervised personnel.
• Understand and accept the importance and legal liability of the role.
• Knows and understands the requirements of and liabilities under OSHA.
