Acumatica Implementation Specialist (JR)

Junior Acumatica Implementation specialist is a crucial, permanent role focused on maximizing the value of their ERP system. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring a smooth transition to Acumatica and driving user adoption across the company. ? Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Acumatica support and training.
• At least 2 years of experience in user support or service desk roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. ( No H1b or sponsorship is available ).
• ? Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, or Computer Science).
• Acumatica certification (e.g., "Getting Started with Acumatica ERP Modern UI" badge or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ERP implementation best practices .
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping users succeed.
• ? Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored to various roles and departments.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure high user adoption and system stability.
• Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely first responses.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to support business insights and reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating feedback and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve system functionality and user experience .
