Visual Merchandising Manager – Castleton Square (New Store) at Primark.

Base pay range : $60,840.00 / yr - $82,160.00 / yr

We’re expanding teams, capabilities, and ambitions. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Primark’s visual strategy, leading in-store displays and collaborating with store management and the Regional VM Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Be responsible for the visual proposition across the store and lead a high-performing visual merchandising team.
• Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful visual displays that meet customer expectations and maximize sales.
• Act as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising and coach colleagues to deliver visuals aligned to Primark’s standards.
• Manage launches of new visual merchandising campaigns, providing direction to the team and sharing best practices to influence the customer journey.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers; ensure adherence to operating standards and cost related to stock; follow Primark guidelines on POS and pricing for displays.
