Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities :

Complete all required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with Micron and Technology Development (TD) safety policies.
Collaborate with key collaborators to improve applications that continuously improve production metrics.
Design and coordinate projects across multiple departments to support inventory control and cycle-time improvement processes.
Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling, and production planning.
Develop and refine data sources, metrics, and reports to support the Part Operations Engineers, Area Manufacturing Engineers, and ODE in general.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management (POM), or a related field.

Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships.

Effective collaboration with team members from diverse fields.

Two or more years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency.

Intermediate proficiency in critical software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

Hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably with database querying experience.

Advanced understanding of manufacturing science, including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.

Proven ability to improve production metrics and line performance.
