The Manager, Clinical Services will be both an educator and a quality outcomes specialist covering the Queens region for DaVita. Key responsibilities will include development, review, and roll out of clinical policies and education materials; implementation and monitoring of plans to meet facility goals; and sharing best practices that support quality management programs.

• A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing required; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Current RN license in state of practice required
• Bachelor's degree in associated field preferred
• 3+ years of nephrology experience preferred
• Experience in researching, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures preferred
• Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel
• Experience in teaching the adult learner strongly preferred with demonstrated ability to communicate technical / medical information in lay terms as necessary
• CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within one year of hire or position change
• Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $118,000.00 / year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour
