Staff Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Use statistical modeling to forecast small business cash flow and other predictors of business health

Build predictive models by assimilating diverse data views, including commercial bureau and bank data

Deploy models and risk strategies into the ML Ops infrastructure while monitoring and finetuning performance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial risk management in the UK, preferably for SMB portfolios

Deep expertise in UK consumer bureau, commercial bureau, and open banking data

Experience in the end-to-end model development lifecycle

Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language, such as Python

Hands-on experience with MLOps infrastructure tools like Chalk, Baseten, or SageMaker
