We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for almost 40 years and employs about 170 employees. The Art Source, Inc. has three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene. We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations all over the Hawaiian Islands. We are looking for another team member to join our Manufacturing Team. We are paying $16.50 / h (more with experience) for a Production Worker, specifically an Art Mounting Technician to assemble art for our picture frame products in Pictures Plus. There is the potential to earn more after 90 days of successfully performing in the position and opportunity to grow over time. Employee benefits include : medical coverage, 401K, paid time off and an employee discount (25% across all businesses / brands). We are looking for candidates who enjoy being productive, are crafty & good with their hands, and detail-oriented. There is opportunity for career growth here at The Art Source, Inc., and we do profit-sharing with our employees (equates to about an additional $1-2 / h upon organizational performance).

Responsibilities :

• Assembling / mounting art for picture frame orders
• Complete orders according to deadlines
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Produce work orders to specs with quality and attention to detail
• Using hand tools like a razor blade, iron, tape measure, etc.
• Work in a team environment

Requirements :

Schedule : M-F, 8am-4pm
