Director of Program Management

A company is looking for a Director of Global Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee strategic programs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Establish project management practices and frameworks for planning, execution, and risk mitigation

Foster a culture of accountability and mentor employees in project management roles

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in program or project management, with at least three years in a leadership role

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery

Strong leadership and team management skills

Resource planning experience and proficiency in program management tools

Preferred certifications in PMP, PgMP, and Agile / Scrum methodologies
