Housekeeper Wanted - Wish To H Ire Cleaning Person On An Hourly Basis On A Permanent Basis For General Cleaning

Individual will follow my directions for all types of cleaning services both interior and some light exterior for three person family with adult college son living with us. Also to help with certain decorating ongoing projects. Would like someone who could work for about a month or so on a semi-full time basis and then transfer to part-time per week but flexible with the right person.. Requirements : Attention to detail very important, ability to follow instructions, hardworking, dependable, honest. individual who would work directly under me to perform various standard weekly, monthly, duties as well as assist with various projects as they occur. When you become aware of our needs you will work without supervision as you see tasks which need attention. Our last cleaning lady, who we employed for many years and to whom we felt was family, has moved on based on the needs of her family so we are looking to employ another individual capable of working within the needs of our family. Cleaning services / crews do not apply. Will not pay based on anything but per hour basis.
