About QXO :

We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution.

QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition : Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.

What you’ll do :

The HCM Platform Lead is responsible for the secure, scalable, and technically sound architecture of the core HCM system, including timekeeping and payroll-related integrations. This role ensures robust data flows between HR, Finance, Benefits, and payroll vendors, and is accountable for tenant-level security and technical platform stability.

  • Design and maintain HCM platform architecture across employee records, position structures, and time systems.
  • Build and monitor integrations with Finance, Benefits, and third-party payroll systems.
  • Own tenant-level security and compliance settings within the platform.
  • Partner closely with HR Operations to co-design scalable, business-aligned solutions and ensure platform alignment with functional requirements.
  • Support middleware logic and manage data transmission pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and lead technical impact assessments for platform changes.

What you’ll bring :

  • 8+ years in technical HRIS or enterprise systems role, with deep HCM platform experience with direct experience in Oracle Cloud
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations using Oracle Cloud HCM Connectors (e.g., Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL / HSDL, and REST / SOAP APIs), with the ability to configure, extend, and monitor end-to-end data flows across enterprise systems.
  • Experience with large scale integrations, middleware, and secure data transmission methods in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of employee data models, job / position architecture, and security roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • What you’ll earn :

    401(k) with employer match

    Medical, dental, and vision insurance

PTO, company holidays, and parental leave

    Paid training and certifications

    Legal assistance and identity protection

    Pet insurance

    Employee assistance program (EAP)
