Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced HR / Recruiting Coordinator to support our Global Recruiting team. In this role, you will be an integral partner, enabling our Recruiters to source, attract, interview, and select world-class talent.
Responsibilities
- Prepare offer letters and benefits information using the applicant tracking system and MS Office tools with a strong attention to detail.
- Initiate background checks and monitor completed reports for any areas of concern. Assist candidates with profile completion issues within our third-party screening service.
- Schedule and monitor drug screens, coordinating with candidates on location preferences and collection process. Collaborate with Recruiters and Safety team regarding results.
- Process hires into the system with high accuracy, troubleshooting any errors with technical proficiency.
- Partner with Recruiters to coordinate candidate travel and process approved travel expenses.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from candidates regarding application status and troubleshoot application issues.
- Post job openings to various local and national websites, including proofreading and handling billing information.
- Coordinate career fairs, including reserving space and managing booths and materials logistics.
- Maintain databases and process employee referral, signing, and relocation bonuses with extreme accuracy.
- Assist in constructing offer letter verbiage and enhancing job descriptions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter creatively to highlight opportunities.
- Track and verify accuracy of data points using automated Excel reports.
- Advise Recruiters on HR hiring compliance and practices, including adverse impact processes.
- Conduct sourcing and research campaigns to assist Recruiters in finding quality candidates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
10 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent professional maturity.Strong administrative experience with background checks, drug processing, and bonuses.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.Able to handle confidential information and present numerical data effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 1 year related experience.Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees.Clerical background in a Human Resources-type position is helpful.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned culture.Work Environment
The team consists of four people, with two members soon on maternity leave. This is a full-time, onsite role from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position is a contract until Spring 2026, with a possibility of extension. Our organization specializes in engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 / hr.
