The Sr Product Engineer will provide application support for North America and Europe while driving governance and stewardship of the company’s global Business Intelligence platforms. We are seeking a platform-agnostic engineer who can move seamlessly from analytics development (advanced SQL, Python, data modeling) to full-stack application delivery (APIs, services, and front-end UIs) and cloud-native deployment on OpenStack. The role designs scalable data architecture, builds insightful visual analytics with modern tooling, and orchestrates resilient pipelines across diverse sources favoring simple, maintainable solutions that avoid technology debt and can be executed on any platform or technology required to deliver business value globally. This engineer will think innovatively and constantly be seeking to challenge and improve the Data Intelligence and Analytics process and be part of the larger Business Intelligence group delivering critical business solutions across the enterprise covering Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing, Marketing, etc. This position requires a person that has a mindset of continuous integration and continuous delivery to meet the needs of the large global corporation.

This role is defined as “Locally Remote.” Locally Remote employees must be located within a reasonable commute of our Westlake Village, CA office and able to come to the office in-person as needed with 24-hour advanced notice (no travel reimbursement).

Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities :

User Experience & Front-End Engineering :

• Translate product requirements and Figma / wireframes into accessible, responsive interfaces.
• Build modern SPAs and SSR apps with React / TypeScript (Next.js or Vite), applying design systems, design tokens, and component libraries (Tailwind, MUI, shadcn / ui).
• Manage state and data with Redux / Zustand and React Query; craft reusable form and chart components (React Hook Form, Recharts / ECharts / D3).
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals via code splitting, lazy loading, image / CDN strategies, and caching; support i18n and theming.
• Champion WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility; enforce UI quality via Storybook, Jest / RTL, and Playwright / Cypress.
• Explore cross platform surfaces when needed (PWA, React Native or Capacitor) while keeping a single design language.

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA :

Hiring Pay Scale : $120,000 to $145,000
