CSR VIE Ability
Ability CSR CABVI (Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired) is currently seeking a full-time VIE Ability CSR to provide support for one of our social enterprises, VIE Ability, which fulfills, prepares, and delivers office supplies and other orders for Vie-Ability creating employment opportunities for people who have vision loss. This position reports to the VIE Ability Customer Experience Manager.
The principal responsibilities for this position include :
- Responds to inbound / outbound calls with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Fulfills customer order requests, research and resolves customer problems.
- Escalates issues up resolution chain when appropriate.
- Communicates responsibilities between counterparts.
- Consistently and accurately maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
- Promotes a positive team environment.
- Contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department by performing other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Associate degree in a related field and / or minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center / Call Center environment preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Excellent interpersonal skills that include active listening and prompt response.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to spend extended periods of time at a workstation while using a headset, telephone, and computer.Proficiency with screen-magnification software, if needed.CABVI is an EEO M / F / Disabled / Veteran employer.
