Compensation :
$88,000 - $117,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
Client Consultation and Needs Assessment :
Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirementsProvide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and servicesSales Presentations and Proposals :
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clientsExplain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfactionRelationship Building and Client Management :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retentionAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional serviceQualifications :
A consistent top performer in salesHigh school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferredExceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experienceTeam-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlinesPrevious sales experience is preferred but not required – if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to youStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a high level of initiativeAbility to work independently and manage your time effectivelyA valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbout Company
