Practice : Coeur d'Alene Orthodontics

Schedule : 2-3 days / week

Location : Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

We are a modern, patient-focused orthodontic office located in the heart of beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho! Nestled beside one of the most stunning lakes in the Pacific Northwest, Coeur d'Alene offers year-round outdoor adventures—from boating and hiking to skiing and mountain biking—along with a charming downtown filled with unique shops, restaurants, and community events. We're looking for an orthodontist to join our dynamic team and experience everything this incredible area has to offer.

The Role

  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for comprehensive and interceptive orthodontics (braces and clear aligners).
  • Present and discuss treatment plans with families at records appointments.
  • Oversee active treatment : appliance delivery and adjustments, wire sequences, elastics education, finishing, and retention.
  • Coordinate care with our pediatric dentist and referring providers.
  • Contribute to clinical protocols and team training to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • Ensure excellent patient and family education regarding growth, development and orthodontics.

  • Compensation : Competitive compensation : $1,700-$2,400 ($1,700 per diem with $100 bonus per start)

    • Ideal Candidate

  • DDS / DMD with an orthodontic specialty (U.S.-accredited) and an Idaho license (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Clear, confident communicator with a patient-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with both fixed appliances, clear aligners and Interceptive / Phase I Treatment.
  • Team player who enjoys a pediatric-heavy environment.

  • 2-3 days / week.
  • Opportunity to expand days as practice grows.
