We are looking for a Label Review Support Specialist to join our team in Pasadena, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of product labels, contributing to the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities :

• Verify that all product labels scheduled for printing align with federally approved text and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to request and implement necessary revisions.
• Maintain detailed records of label approvals to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Assist in ensuring organizational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support departmental and organizational needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and labeling standards in a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
