In this position...
Reporting to the Creative Director this role will be instrumental in driving the look and feel of our licensed consumer products ensuring every item embodies Fords iconic brand standards. Youll oversee a high volume of design output produced by over 200 licensees and our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail channels. Your work will span both delivering in-house projects and overseeing creative work with design agencies.
This is a highly collaborative global role. You will forge strong partnerships across a diverse ecosystem including (but not limited to) : Brand Owners Licensees Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail & e-Commerce Partners Promotions Events Dealers Category Managers Product Specialists Merchandisers and Agencies. Your mission will be to help teams develop & commercialize successful merchandise programs across multiple geographies.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
