This job was posted by . Training and experience : Training performing EKGs and phlebotomy preferred or time on the job training. Knowledge of basic non-technical skills as acquired through on-the-job training. Job knowledge : Phlebotomy, EKGs and filing. Must be capable of delivering appropriate care to patients from neonate through geriatric with regards to age specific considerations. Knowledge of computers necessary. Ability to perform duties for direct and indirect patient care. Direct care duties include but are not limited to assisting the patient with personal hygiene needs and observing the patients condition, including their vital signs, their feeding and elimination patterns, and assisting the nurse with patient care as delegated. Indirect duties may include general housekeeping skills, ordering and maintenance of supplies, and computer entry abilities.
