Job descriptionAdminister immunotherapy injections accurately and efficiently. Performs percutaneous and intradermal allergy skin testing and specialized testing accurately and efficiently. documents emergency measures. performs nebulizer treatment and documents in EHR. Patient education on the proper use of inhalers, EpiPens, and medications. Active CT LPN State license. Active BLS Certification. Must be able to identify and respond to emergencies and support approximately 50-100 pounds. 1+ year experience as an LPN. Training / Orientation at Danbury satellite office. Travel between Norwalk and Ridgefield satellite offices. Full Time : Monday through Friday. must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work alongside our team of collegiate allergy providers and clinical team members.

Bonus offered : $2,000 after 6 months of employment; $2,000 after one year of employment.
