FHCSD is currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at Escondido Family Counseling Center. This location offers access to mental health and supportive services with primary care services available next door at Escondido Family Health Center.

• Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm (closed for lunch from 12 : 30pm – 1 : 00pm)

Part time and per diem positions are also available.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits.

$295,000.00 - $351,500.00

If you are hired, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and / or experience. We consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. The range above is what we reasonably expect to pay. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
