Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team! If you have general maintenance knowledge, including electrical and plumbing experience, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

General Maintenance Tasks : Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas.

Plumbing & Electrical : Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed.

Material Movement : Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary.

Emergency Response : Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.

Supervision : Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications :

Experience : General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.

Work Schedule : Must be available to work one weekend per month.

Team Player : Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Regulatory Compliance : Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.

Emergency Response : Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required.
