Responsibilities :
Act as a key communicator between the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service
Take food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency
Deliver food and drinks accurately and with care
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Answer guest questions and make thoughtful menu recommendations
Operate the POS system and handle payments with accuracy
Jump in wherever needed—our team is collaborative, and no task is beneath us
Help foster a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, café, or counter-service setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and collected under pressure
Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute with a positive attitude
Flexible availability (especially mornings and weekends)
Valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
