Senior Product Manager, YouTube Ads Infrastructure, Strategic Integrations

Join Google as a Senior Product Manager in the YouTube Ads Infrastructure, Strategic Integrations team.

Preferred location : Mountain View, CA or Kirkland, WA.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience with Ads, the Ad Tech ecosystem, or API.
  • Experience driving product goals, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience working with Internet products, infrastructure and APIs.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX / UI, business finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge of new technology and businesses.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working across different functions and multiple teams in a structured organization to deliver large, complex products successfully.

    The YouTube Ads Infrastructure team’s mission is to build a privacy‑safe, efficient, and scalable infrastructure platform that drives business growth, enhances ad relevance and performance, and boosts developer productivity. You will lead YouTube Ads into new growth areas, collaborating with internal and external partners to power the next set of YouTube Ads experiences, integrations, and business models.

    Responsibilities

  • Define new products in the ad tech ecosystem, collaborating closely with engineering and partner teams to drive advertiser / partner activation and scale adoption.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for building a privacy‑safe, efficient, and scalable infrastructure platform.
  • Define standards‑based, privacy‑safe, policy‑compliant, and reusable integrations with external partners.
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle, partnering with cross‑product teams to ensure alignment with Google’s overarching Ads strategy.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to bring infrastructure and integration products and APIs to market, developing internal and external business narratives.
  • Salary : US base range $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensations in other regions follow similar roles & responsibilities.
