Hiring Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT)

Specialty : Home Health

Location : Lebanon, PA 17042

Start Date : Dec 8, 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule :

  • Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
  • Every 6th weekend rotation
  • Open to 4x10s

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health PT experience
  • Active Pennsylvania or Compact PT license – required
  • OASIS experience – preferred
  • Must be comfortable with independent patient visits across assigned counties

    • Screening & Interview Process :

  • Clinical pre-screen required to assess fit
  • Must meet Wellspan Health guidelines
  • Manager interview will follow clinical clearance
