Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates team progress towards goals and leads continuous improvement efforts

Eliminates impediments by engaging stakeholders and improving team communication

Supports collaboration with other teams and aids the Product Owner in backlog management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) required upon hire

5 years of experience with Agile / Scrum / Lean / SAFe methodologies

Preferred experience as a Scrum Master or in a SAFe Agile Release Train

Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks
