Job Purpose :

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for executing planned, unplanned, preventive, and predictive maintenance in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment. Under the direction of the Reliability and Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Supervise staff of (12) maintenance technicians in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment.
• Implement, and execute planned, preventive maintenance programs and ensure effectiveness of maintenance activities.
• Establish clear performance standards for all maintenance technicians and activities.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for maintenance / reliability.
• Improve management and maintenance of building utilities, infrastructure, and grounds.
• Work closely with Operations Management to achieve stated goals for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
• Ensure all maintenance, and repair activities are performed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Provide / Deliver training programs focused on safety, technology, and skill development.
• Control expenses to established budget guidelines.
• Drive CMMS utilization.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Safety Requirements

The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
