ER RN Travel Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel (locum tenens)

Location : Tucson, AZ 85741 – Arizona nursing jobs

Facility Size : 38-bed Emergency Department

Unit : Emergency Room (ER / ED, EXT-Other 911)

Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 9 / 15 / 2025 – End : 12 / 15 / 2025)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1680 - $1800

Scrub Colors : Black

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arizona or compact state

2-3 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required

Charge nurse experience preferred

Ability to float to other clinical units as needed

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

NIH Stroke Scale certification recommended

ER RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting

Assess, triage, and manage acute and emergent patient conditions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Serve as a resource and leader when assigned as charge nurse

Document all patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Float to other hospital units as required to support patient care
