Dietary Aide

Gateway Post-Acute and Rehab -

Vivo Healthcare-Gateway is seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team in a 120-bed long-term care facility. This role is essential in helping ensure our residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service

• Following dietary restrictions and resident meal plans

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas

• Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup

• Working cooperatively with dietary staff and nursing teams

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check (required)

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents
