Position Summary : LCG is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Document, tracks, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $30 / hr to $38 / hr per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education / training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
