Sales Operations Lead For Independent Software Vendor Segment

The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Segment. The candidate for this role will be a strategic thought partner in shaping the trajectory of the business. They will be able to transform data into compelling narratives and help drive our next phase of growth through operational excellence and innovative thinking.

Key job responsibilities :

• Serve as trusted business partner to sales leadership
• Leverage data to tell stories about the business, articulating key patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Influence and help define the go-to-market strategy
• Work cross functionally to execute strategic priorities
• Drive rhythm of business activities
• Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution

A day in the life :

As a key stakeholder in the business, this person will partner closely with sales leadership to help the organization execute against a set of strategic priorities and go-to-market plans. They will drive critical business activities such as Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other sales performance processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
