Job Summary

Grande is growing and we're hiring for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Chilton, WI. This is your opportunity to help build something exceptional from the ground up! As our Facility Associate Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our hourly Associates (Employees) and leadership teams through scheduling, training coordination, onboarding, and overall administrative excellence. You will serve as a central liaison between Associates, Managers, Human Resources, and external partners while ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. If you are an expert multitasker who finds purpose in helping others succeed, this role is for you.
