Job descriptionOccasional local trips within the Washington DC metro area may be required Maintain understanding of US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment Manage full lifecycle of contracts, applying FAR / DFARS regulations and SBIR / STTR programs Experience with contract types : CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M Negotiate contract modifications and draft related agreements Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on terms and rates Address and resolve acquisition challenges Negotiate with Government, prime contractors, and subcontractors Assist in proposal preparation and conduct price analysis Collaborate with Program Managers and other departments to ensure contract compliance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Certifications like CFCM or CPCM are highly desirable Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBIR, and STTR programs
