Job Summary :

The Site Coordinator will provide operational support for training events and office facilities. This role includes assisting with package management, inventory, room setup, and coordination with training coordinators. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple logistical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with package pick-up, stocking office supplies, and managing inventory, including swag and snack shack items.
• Support trainers with room setup, including placement of swag, running extension cords, and preparing materials.
• Oversee facilities and coordinate room setup requests.
• Communicate effectively with training coordinators regarding schedules, needs, and updates.
• Learn and utilize systems such as MyBuy, Swag Store, and Service Zone.
• Perform basic administrative tasks including email correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
