The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy, shape brand identity, and drive demand generation across pharma, biotech, CRO, and academic markets. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, science-driven marketing leader who can translate complex biological innovation into a clear, compelling narrative.
You’ll partner with R&D, commercial, and executive teams to position the company as a thought leader in human-relevant research and scale its commercial reach globally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and commercial targets.
Oversee creation of technical and marketing content; white papers, webinars, case studies, and scientific materials; that establish credibility with the R&D community.
Partner with cross-functional teams to craft data-driven product marketing campaigns and launch new offerings.
Plan and execute company presence at key scientific meetings and industry conferences.
Define and track key marketing KPIs; use insights to refine strategy and report results to leadership.
