California Licensed Epic Willow Analyst

A company is looking for a EPIC Willow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations, focusing on Compass Rose configuration and optimization

Analyze and enhance ambulatory pharmacy workflows by collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders

Manage the full systems development lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (master's preferred)

Minimum 5 years in systems analysis or a related IT role, with at least 3 years supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting

Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification with direct experience implementing Compass Rose

Demonstrated leadership experience, including at least one role in a lead or similar capacity
