Opti Staffing is Hiring Position : Welder Fabricator – Pipe & Structural (MIG / TIG) Location : Clackamas, OR

Pay : $25–$32 / hr DOE

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00am–4 : 00pm About the Company

This role centers on high?quality pipe welding and fabrication, including :

• Weld and fabricate pipe, elbows, flanges, and related assemblies
• Perform MIG welding as the primary process, with a strong preference for TIG on stainless and specialty materials
• Interpret and work from detailed blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Execute basic pipe fitting, layout, and fit?up
• Read a tape measure accurately and fabricate to tight tolerances
• Weld using . hard wire, with Heli?arc processes also in use
• Maintain consistent quality, speed, and craftsmanship in a production environment What’s In It for You

Required

• Proven experience welding and fitting pipe, elbows, and flanges
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, self?motivated work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely

Preferred

• TIG welding experience (highly valued)
• Experience with stainless pipe welding
