Job Description :

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide business process initiatives during a large-scale restructuring effort. This role involves discovering, documenting, and consolidating existing process artifacts, mapping them across organizational and technical domains, and ensuring continuity until handoff to a new BPM practice in 2026. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process model management, stakeholder facilitation, and enterprise BPM tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Client, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts (e.g., content lifecycle, P2P).
• Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions in LeanIX to support restructuring decisions.
• Maintain and steward process artifacts through the restructuring period, ensuring continuity until hand-off to a new BPM practice in 2026.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process-technology-organization views.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

Technology Requirements :

1) Expertise with operating an enterprise scale BPM tool. (Signavio, etc.)

2) ServiceNOW APM / SPM / CMDB experience or exposure.

3) SAP LeanIX experience or exposure.

4) Colibra or Apptio exposure.

Nice to Have Skills

Soft Skills :

1) Experience with Process Modelling

2) Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping

3) Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation
