Job Summary

Infosys is seeking a Banking Business Analyst to be a key member of the consulting team that discovers, defines problem statements, evaluates solution options and recommends solutions. The analyst will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts, implement deployment plans and support knowledge transfer to deliver value-adding consulting solutions.

Location : Irving, TX or Tampa, FL. Candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate. The role may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education will also be considered.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Experience working in the Banking domain (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains such as consumer and commercial banking, core banking, loan originations, loan servicing, lending, mortgages, payments, online banking.
Agile experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Digital applications.

Strong understanding of online banking, online account opening, open banking architecture and reusable APIs used across digital channels.

Strong understanding of banking concepts such as loans, mortgages, payments.

Experience in Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.

Support the Product Owner and scrum team's priorities in PI planning, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies, working collaboratively with core technical teams, product managers, experience design and technology partners.

Write user stories and groom the scrum team's backlog in partnership with the team.

Good understanding of digital and core banking applications and interfaces.

Analytical and communication skills.

Planning and coordination skills.

Experience with Scrum and product management.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
