About the Role Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a home care position in Orange County, CA. This opportunity can either be a 6 month locum's contract or a permanent employment.

Home care - Focus is on geriatric populations, especially those suffering from nephrology disorders and other poly-chronic conditions

Start Date : Early November start date is expected

Duration : 6 month's locums contract OR permanent employment

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Pay Rate : Competitive pay, W2 with included benefits

Qualifications

Board Certified NP

CA state license

Minimum 1 year of experience in home care and treating geriatric populations

Strong communication and patient care skills
