A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical end-user support via telephone, web chat, or submitted issues
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Accurately track incidents and calls in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma / Certificate course preferred
Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus
Willingness to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends
