Nursing Supervisor (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse)

As a Nursing Supervisor (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse), you will :

  • Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
  • Administer medication and treatment as ordered
  • Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
  • Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds

    • Qualifications for a Nursing Supervisor (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse) :

  • Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Long-Term / Rehab / Memory Care experience (preferred)
  • One year of RN experience (preferred)
