Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Physician / Medical Director to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your clinical skills and leadership abilities will be instrumental in providing top-tier medical care to our patients. As a Family Physician / Medical Director, you will not only be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families but will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning, medical staff leadership, and quality assurance. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health risk assessments, immunization, and screening tests.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall direction of our healthcare services.
• Lead the medical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of healthcare delivery, implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance and participate in the development of educational programs for staff.
• Engage in research activities related to the field of family medicine.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
