A company is looking for a Specialist I, New Client Booking.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, assessing their needs and matching them with suitable providers
Guide clients through the booking process, providing information and following up to confirm appointments
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and booking outcomes to support communication and data tracking
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or call center client support (healthcare experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication
Available to work 9am-6pm PST / 12pm-9pm EST
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
