Full-Time Anesthesiologist - Baltimore, MD Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology A leading healthcare system in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join its growing anesthesia team. • Full-time, employed opportunity providing general anesthesia services across multiple specialties
• Diverse case mix : general surgery, orthopedics, OB / GYN, cardiac, thoracic, pediatrics, oncology, and trauma
• Collaborative team environment with CRNAs and other anesthesiologists
• Teaching opportunities available for residents and medical students
• Weekend call optional, with additional pay availableCompensation & Benefits
• Base salary : $460,000 for call-taking generalists
• Sign-on bonus : $50,000
• General call stipend : $40,000
• Total compensation potential of up to $600,000+ with optional weekend call ($7,200 per 24-hour call)
• Extra call pay : $250-$290 / hour
• 8 weeks of paid vacation

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
