HR Manager Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, management, and maintenance of human resources-related policies and procedures as well as uphold employee compliance
- Lead the recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Develop and coordinate company training programs
- Answering all HR-related question from the team including FMLA, disability, workers comp, benefits, etc
- Flexible with work schedule and reliable transportation is a must
HR Manager Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in HR management, business or related field of study, and will also consider work history as a substituteMinimum of 2 years' HR coordinator experience requiredStrong knowledge in all things HR-relatedAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlinesMust possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerpointHR Manager Benefits
