Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Radiation Therapist with experience in mid- to large-sized hospitals is needed to support a busy cancer center treating 64-68 patients daily. This contract opportunity is based in Freeport, IL, offering a dynamic work environment requiring independence and strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver radiation therapy treatment to oncology patients using advanced technology.
• Operate and maintain two linear accelerators, including Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE.
• Utilize ARIA record and verify system, with an uping upgrade to version 18.1.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure precise and safe radiation delivery.
• Adapt to flexible clinic hours, supporting patient volumes Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM.
