CNC Machinist
Schedule :
Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (4 / 10 work week). Strict attendance required.
About the Company :
A manufacturing organization specializing in precision components for aerospace and other high-performance industries. Products include landing gear assemblies, rotor parts, brake components, and other machined parts requiring tight tolerances.
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to produce precision parts from technical specifications. This role involves machine setup, operation, programming, and quality inspections to support efficient and accurate production.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate and set up CNC milling machines and lathes.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform CNC programming using Fanuc-based software.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, safe work environment.
Collaborate with engineering to improve processes.
Provide guidance to junior machinists when needed.
Qualifications :
U.S. Citizenship required.
High school diploma (technical training or apprenticeship preferred).
5–10 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or medical manufacturing.
Proficiency with Fanuc-based CNC programming (Espree software experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Experience with lean manufacturing a plus.
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and quality-driven.
