Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to helping patients achieve their best oral health. This position will start as part-time with 2-3 days per week and will grow into full-time after the new year starts.
Responsibilities
- Perform perio maintenance / dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, root planing)
- Take and evaluate dental radiographs
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control standards
